COLLECTIBLE
New York
COLLECTIBLE launched in Brussels in 2018 as the first fair dedicated exclusively to 21st-century collectible design, bringing galleries, designers and studios together in an exhibition-like setting, with a focus on emerging practices and limited-edition work.
For its expansion to New York, we were brought in to bring COLLECTIBLE’s European model to the United States. Emily Marant served as Director of the fair, translating its Brussels identity for New York while building new connections between European and American design.
We led the overall direction of the fair : curatorial strategy, exhibitor selection, partnerships, programming, production, communications. The inaugural edition brought together 118 exhibitors from 25 countries across eight curated sections, alongside a programme of talks, collaborations and special projects. We connected the fair to a wider network of American cultural and design institutions : the Female Design Council, Bard Graduate Center, ELLE DECOR US, the New Museum, and MAD Museum.
Following the inaugural edition, we stayed on as Advisor-at-Large for the fair’s second New York edition in 2025.
