Sonia Rykiel

For its 50th anniversary, Sonia Rykiel wanted a cultural moment. Studio Marant built Manifesto, a programme spanning print, digital, and scenography, anchored in the house’s literary identity.

At the Boulevard Saint-Germain flagship, Jaro Varga’s printed library covered the entire façade and interior. On 16 January 2018, 500 guests wrote directly onto the work. Singer Corine closed the evening with a live performance.
